Engineered for Extremes: High-Performance 3D Printing with Advanced Polymers
Push the boundaries of what's possible. At , we specialize in prototype-grade 3D printing using some of the world’s most advanced engineering thermoplastics. Designed for aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, and high-performance prototyping, our material lineup delivers exceptional mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and thermal stability — all tailored to meet the demands of extreme environments.
Explore Our High-Performance Filaments
PEKK (Polyetherketoneketone)
A close cousin of PEEK, PEKK offers similar high-temperature resistance and mechanical strength — but with easier printability, improved layer adhesion, and lower warpage. Ideal for aerospace and defense applications, PEKK stands out as a top-tier choice for high-strength parts under extreme thermal and chemical conditions.
Alternative to PEEK? PEKK is a smart, more printable option that retains much of PEEK’s mechanical power, making it a go-to alternative when PEEK’s price or print difficulty becomes a barrier.
PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide)
PPS is a high-temperature, chemically resistant thermoplastic often used in automotive and electronics applications. It offers excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and inherent flame retardancy, making it a reliable choice for components exposed to solvents or long-term heat.
PPA (Polyphthalamide)
Known as “high-performance nylon,” PPA delivers a balance of high strength, thermal stability, and resistance to aggressive chemicals. It prints with less shrinkage than traditional nylons, making it suitable for precision parts in under-the-hood automotive or industrial machinery environments.
PSU (Polysulfone)
PSU offers outstanding hydrolytic stability and transparency alongside excellent resistance to creep under load. Its ability to endure repeated sterilization cycles makes it a preferred material in medical and plumbing industries.
Ultem™ (PEI – Polyetherimide)
Ultem is a gold standard in high-temperature 3D printing. With excellent flame, heat, and chemical resistance, Ultem is widely trusted in aerospace, automotive, and electronic applications. It’s inherently flame retardant (V-0 rated), lightweight, and certified for flight-ready components.
Fiberon™ Super Polymers
Developed for elite industrial use, Fiberon materials are fiber-reinforced super polymers designed for maximum strength-to-weight performance. These advanced composites blend high-temperature base polymers with carbon or glass fibers to create exceptionally stiff, lightweight, and wear-resistant parts — perfect for structural or load-bearing applications where metal replacement is desired.
When PEEK Isn’t Practical
While PEEK is often considered the gold standard for performance, it comes at a high cost and demands specialized hardware for successful printing. For many projects, PEKK, Ultem, and Fiberon Super Polymers offer comparable performance with greater design freedom and lower cost of entry.
